I made contact with David about a year ago in my search process for an apartment/house in Sao Martinho do Porto. Out of all estate Agents I contacted early in the process David was by far the most helpful. He always responds promptly, even on weekends and sometimes late at night. So I made him my search agent and he was very good at respecting my wishes even as they moved over time from apartment to house to apartment again. He came with tips and informed me of the exact location of houses on Google maps. He also discouraged me from objects he knew I would not like because they were too close to noisy roads. David set up several remote viewings during the pandemic and showed houses and apartments to our friends in Sao Martinho and filmed for us. When we finally landed in a decision to buy, David was very reliable and patient in the contact with my Portuguese lawyer who represented me by Power of Attorney to complete the deeds. Everything went smoothly and now we are the happy owners of a wonderful apartment in the best location in So Martinho do Porto.
